Forehead Reduction

Forehead reduction is the procedure applied when the forehead is too wide or narrower than it should be. In this process, the golden ratio on the face is calculated and the hairline is repositioned according to the characteristic features of the face.

The procedure in Turkey

Before the operation, a drawing is made on the area where the hairline is desired to be positioned.

In this way, according to the new position of the forehead and hairline, the piece of tissue is removed under general anesthesia without damaging the hair follicles and nerves.

After the tissue is removed, the incision on the forehead and the incision at the hair level are combined and sutured.

Recovery and aftercare process

The condition of the stitches of the patient is checked after five days.

While the patient can return to normal life and work after two weeks, heavy exercises should be avoided for the first month.
